The office is in the centre of Kilkenny city, a short walk from the courthouse, with public parking nearby at Ormonde Street and the Market Cross. The practice also maintains an office at The Ormond Building, 31-36 Ormond Quay Upper, Dublin 7, D07 EE37.

First consultations

A first consultation covers the facts of your situation, the process options open to you, including mediation, on which advice is required by the Mediation Act 2017, and the information and documents your case will need. A written summary of costs information follows in accordance with section 150 of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015.

When emailing, a brief outline of the situation and a daytime telephone number is helpful. Please do not send detailed financial documentation until asked; the first step is a conversation.
